Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to final UI delivery
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs that clearly communicate interaction and design ideas
• Build, maintain, and scale robust design systems that ensure consistency across the product ecosystem
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user problems and craft elegant, user-centered solutions
• Champion UX best practices and advocate for the user in all product decisions
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a design-driven culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions
• Deep expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS, mobile-first design, or working on consumer-facing products
