Qualifications
- Proven two to five years of experience as a Recruiter
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews
- Experience with selection processes and recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Leadership qualities and ability to influence and get the best out of the team
- Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Assessing applicants' relevant skills and aptitudes
- Onboarding new employees
- Monitoring HR best practices and providing analytical reports
- Building relationships with candidates during the selection process
- Branding & promoting the company as a great place to work
It’s Great if you have:
- Familiarity with organizational and instructional design
- Experience working with, or in support of diverse communities.
- Demonstrated change management experience in areas other than HR
